Build Your Own Pizza People no longer want just a product but a customized experience. We created a specialized lunch at the Commons Dining Hall. Sodexo at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute of Technology has developed a “Create Your Own Pizza” station every Friday. With a variety of sauces, veggies, and meats you are able to produce a pizza in less than three and a half minutes that is tailor made to your taste buds.
