Beginning July, 1 2025 the Door Prices will be as follows:

2025-2026 Resident Dining Plans
Unlimited-- Unlimited meals per week to be used in Resident Dining Halls, plus $150 Flex Dollars per year ($75 at the start of each semester). Non-transferable. Available to all students,$8,810/year -- $4,405charged per semester.
19 On Demand-- 19 anytime meals per week to be used in Resident Dining Halls, plus $450Flex Dollars per year ($225at the start of each semester). Non-transferable. Available to all students. $8,810/year -- $4,405charged per semester
15 On Demand-- 15 anytime meals per week to be used in Resident Dining Halls, plus $750Flex Dollars per year ($375at the start of each semester). Non-transferable. Available to all students. $8,810/year -- $4,405charged per semester
12 On Demand-- 12 anytime meals per week to be used in Resident Dining Halls, plus $900Flex Dollars per year ($450at the start of each semester). Non-transferable. Not available to first year students, available to all other students. $7,910/year -- $3,955charged per semester
5 on Demand-- 5 anytime meals per week to be used in Resident Dining Halls, plus $600 Flex Dollars per year ($300 at the start of each semester). Non-transferable. Only available to RAs, graduate students, or those undergraduate students approved to be living off campus. $3,490/year -- $1,745charged per semester

2025-2026 Off Campus, Graduate Student and Faculty & Staff | Dining Plans
50 Block Plan + 100 Flex -- This plan offers 50 anytime swipe meals, to be used in the dining halls, plus $100 Flex Dollars to use at retail locations on campus. This plan is non-transferable and is priced at $725 and will be charged to your bursar bill. To purchase this plan please email auxiliaryservices@rpi.edu and be sure to include your full name and RIN.
25 Block Plan + 125 Flex – This plan offers 25 anytime swipe meals, to be used in the dining halls, plus $125 Flex Dollars to use at retail location on campus. This plan is non-transferable and is priced at $425 and will be charged to your bursar bill. To purchase this plan please email auxiliaryservices@rpi.edu and be sure to include your full name and RIN.
Graduate Student Plan: This plan offers 20 anytime swipe meals, to be used in the dining halls. For more information on pricing and how to order this plan please email auxiliaryservices@rpi.edu and be sure to include your full name and RIN.
Faculty/Staff: As part of our ongoing efforts to streamline services and offer greater flexibility, we are transitioning to the Community RAD (Rensselaer Advantage Dollars) system as the primary dining option for faculty and staff. Community RAD account holders will receive a discount on the door rate at all dining halls and retail locations on campus. Arch Summer 2025 Meal Plans
19 On Demand-- 19 meals per week to be used in Resident Dining Halls, plus $170 Flex Dollars for Summer. Non-transferable. $3,210 for Summer.
15 On Demand-- 15 anytime meals per week to be used in Resident Dining Halls, plus $280 Flex Dollars per year. Non-transferable. $3,210 for Summer.
12 On Demand-- 12 anytime meals per week to be used in Resident Dining Halls, plus $330 Flex Dollars per year. Non-transferable. $2,880 for Summer.
No dining plan cancellations and changes are permitted after seven days from the effective semester dining plan start date for the academic term. Refer to your Residential Commons Agreement for more information.
Flex Dollars

Flex Dollars, which add flexibility to your dining plan options and are incorporated into each plan, are yours to spend like cash at Rensselaer Dining locations in the Rensselaer Union, cafes around campus, concessions, and resident dining halls. Flex Dollars are allotted by semester and carry over from the Fall to Spring semester, but end on the last day of the academic calendar and are thereafter forfeited. Flex Dollars are also forfeited upon cancellation of the meal plan.
PURCHASE OF FLEX DOLLARS:
Flex Dollars are added to an account during regular Monday - Friday business hours. Purchases made on Fridays after regular business hours will not be added to the account until the following Monday or the next open business day should it fall on a holiday.

Rensselaer Advantage Dollars (RAD)
RAD is a campus declining balance account that you may purchase at any time. It carries over from year to year and ends only at the time you leave Rensselaer. RAD can be used at vending machines in addition to Rensselaer Dining locations.
